The world of banking can be complicated and confusing at the best of times. Barclays wanted to highlight how simple it is to complete these processes using their app to encourage users to continue banking with them and to attract new customers.
Alongside the creative duo Hannah and Laura and designer Isabella Cheung we created a series of informative social assets using the "Cyan Thread", an informative line that showed existing customers how to use the Barclays App in a seamless and easy to understand way.
